NC Stauffer & Sons, Inc. specialize in stainless steel fabrications, using some of the latest AutoCAD drafting and machining software available today.

Our shop features laser cutting technology, CNC punching, and multi-axis, highly accurate forming capabilities. Our welders are certified in MIG, TIG, and Flux Core and we conform to a very stringent quality control program.

We have detailed and built semi-conductor cleaning benches, cryogenic food freezing equipment, and various food processing and handling machines.

We do custom detailing, fabricating, and installing of stainless steel safety guarding and sound enclosures for several of this country’s largest papermaking and food product companies. These customized packages are designed to meet OSHA standards in all cases. We have a well-deserved reputation for developing and producing practical machine guarding. While some products are made to customer drawings, the vast majority are developed in the customer’s plant hand in hand with the mechanics and operators who must actually use the machinery. This approach vastly improves safety compared to traditional methods, since the resulting products incorporate features and configurations that suit the actual operation rather than mere on-paper compliance with some engineer’s  perception of the rules.
